This transition led to the founding of Active Life Properties, a South Florida-based United Country Real Estate franchise specializing in lifestyle real estate including residential, land, and investment properties. As a Realtor, Matthew assists clients worldwide in marketing their properties and finding unique real estate opportunities tailored to their lifestyle and investment goals. Outside of work, he dedicates time to volunteering with outdoor conservation groups and enjoying activities like golfing, tennis, fishing, and hunting with family and friends.
Mr. Jacobs has been in the industry for nearly 3 decades. Brian started in the mortgage industry in 1997 opening his own Mortgage Brokerage which he then sold in 2006, obtaining his real estate license in 2000. Brian has been a constant presence in the industry closing and overseeing transactions from Pompano Beach to St. Augustine, Orland and beyond ranging from land sales to condos, new construction, and luxury waterfront as well as land development. Brian has set a name for himself with investors and has been involved in over 300 investment property sales, rentals, rehabs, and flips.
When not in the office Brian enjoys volunteering with local car clubs teaching safe driving, car racing and vehicle dynamics as well as spending time with his wife and kids enjoying the blue water offshore fishing and local sandbars.
